I first came across this company via Zoopla while looking for a property. They contacted me rather quick to view the property. I was waiting for 20 extra minutes before I was even able to view the property. Once I viewed it I was happy with it and happy to take it and We began the process. The next day the manager of the letting Agency called me and told me they had got the price wrong and it is an additional £20 a month. Although this annoyed me I said that was fine and proceeded. I was then called into the office to sign the paper work and had initially agreed to come for 4:30. The same day as my appointment they messaged me and asked me if I would be able to come in earlier. I ultered my work day to arrive at 3:30 but arrived at 3:35 due to traffic. When I arrived the manger was still dealing with another client and this lasted at least 40 minutes. I was left waiting for a long time. Finally was able to sign the paper work. Got told to wait 20 minutes for the landlord to arrive (he arrived 30 minutes after but this is not their fault) after being given additional paperwork to sign I was then told by the manager of the branch that the property is an additional £20 if I was internet even though I had been told the property is all inclusive. When I explained that it was advertised as all bills included he then bought me into the office to tell me that I was being rude and that I was late coming in for the original time even though he was dealing with another person.
I will not be working with the agency in the future as I am appalled by the poor customer service I have received.
Only giving them 1 star as I did like the property I viewed, If not for this they would receive 0 stars from me.
