SN Estates

Took my money, informed me that the flat is off the market and I am still chasing them up for the refund. After I posted a review on google, suddenly they had the time to finally call me back. Not to refund my money though, to ask me why I posted a bad review and still no answer on when I will get my £400 back!

I am a landlord and have rented my property through SN Estates many times on several occasions, and they have always rented very quickly so I only market through them now. Much better than other agencies around the area. Keep it up.

SN Estates staff were very kind and knowledgeable during my time looking for a flat to rent in London.
It was the first time I was renting a property but with their knowledge and expertise I knew exactly what I was doing and looking for! I am now on a one year contract for a property they have found me and will definitely be using them in the future again :-)

I am a student and recently used SN Estates to help me find accommodation for uni starting in September and I would recommend them to all other students looking for a place to stay in London! They are really friendly people and from the moment you enter the office they put your needs first. I was quite picky with what i wanted and i went on viewings with a few of their lettings team but they were always really patient even when i was fussy! But it was worth it in the end as they helped me find a place which suited me perfect and I couldn't thank them any more!

I have been renting properties with SN Estates for 2 years now and I have had never had any problem! The staff are very friendly and always catering to our specific needs and going out their way to find us a property which can accommodate my family and I. In the past I have rented through other estate agencies who have provided an appalling service and seem only to care until they got my money!
