Lurot Brand have been fantastic during my tenancy. They have responded in a quick and timely fashion to all issues that have arisen (thankfully there haven't been too many) and have always done so cheerily.
The speed at which everything was processed upon me moving in and, regretably, moving out was more than satisfactory. I would most certainly recommend Lurot Brand to a friend (I have in fact with a few of my chums)

I really am surprised to see such downright terrible reviews for Lurot Brand here. As stated in the below posting guidelines 'maybe they were having a bad day' as the service I experienced was second to none.
The sales team could not help me enough when it came to listing my property and they really did take the stress out of the whole property selling process. When it came down to the actual sale they got me a very fair price and the money was transferred quickly. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I thought Lurot Brand has great property but poor service.... They will not accommodate evening viewings... Wanted to see a property at 6.30 no can do. Nor weekend... Would have missed out on the property I am renting now if I did not approach the other agent! Bit pretentious on the phone for my tastes.

The chief complaint is deposit to date has not been returned, nearly 3 months after move out.
If you are looking for service and attention during your letting period - Look elsewhere. Lurot Brand does a good job until after the contract is signed, then you are on your own. If I had not been a DIY guy, I would have had to do without. As it was simple things, such as tub skirting and toilet seat replacement took months. Many items just never were repaired.
The only reason we stayed as long as we did is we liked the property. Lurot Brand did nothing for me other than pass the rent on to the owner.
Plenty of good agents in London, I would never use Lurot Brand again.
