The staff do not get back to you when you have an issue regardless of how many times you call or email! when you do get a response it is unhelpful and often rude.
I have used a number of letting agents and this is definatly the worst by far!

Really poor service from them. Very unprofessional. Contract signed on condition that certain things be improved which never were. Then had a battle to get the deposit back. I wouldn't rent with them again if you paid me!

Dear Customer, I have looked into this and I can not find any complaint made to us of this nature. I realise it is clearly too late as you have left the property but if you would like to contact us directly to discuss this then we would be delighted to speak to you. We pride ourselves on our Customer Service and attention to detail and take this very seriously. Regarding the points you have made I would like to add that we act as an intermediary and we can not release a deposit until both you and the Landlord have agreed, the same would apply for any works, if we have a client that you’re not happy with then please do let us know so we can deal with this. Whilst we do everything we can to help some things are out of our control but we would be happy to discuss this further with you.
