DO NOT USE! I booked a gas safety check and was asked for upfront payment, which I did in good faith. The engineer turned up at an unconfirmed time and unsurprisingly could not get access. They swallowed my payment and then refused to come back unless I pay another £95. Very rude, shouting at me on the phone. When I called back again they refused to tell me who is the owner of this company. Now will not reply to my email trying to resolve. Disgraceful and very unpleasant.
