I've moved into a property via these agents.

If you want to protect yourself from the trouble,irritation and hassle then don't use them.

The property is inadequate for human living conditions- no central heating and a tiny portable heater that doesn't work.

Infestation of roaches and bugs - they are digging their heels finding treatment.

Upon contacting them they are rude, abbrasive and offensive with the way in which they conduct themselves if communication is about a problem as opposed to a nice chunk of commission, they are quick to rush you off the phone and fob you off!

Terrible experiences with these guys. Slick looking and sounding but ultimately dishonest and irresponsible.
You will be lucky to get your deposit back, however long you spend cleaning.
Even Haringey council employees we spoke to were awar of the way this company operates.
Profit over ANYTHING. Especially repairs...
It is difficult to think of how to make this review constructive, but I would advise anyone of signing with this company to think very carefully and make copies of every communication.

The first impression you get from the sales and lettings team is good and they portray themselves to be professional and good at what they do. Their true colors can be seen once you are a tenant in one of the properties they manage. They never attend to any issues you raise, no matter how many times you follow up, they simply don't care. When myseelf and another housemate vacated the property they deducted a ridiculous 50% of the deposit amount and all the reasons listed were unreasonable and unjustifiable.

The maintainence team and the settlement team are very unprofessional and their behaviour with customers is similar to a debt collector.

I would never recommend anyone to use their services.

Not overly impressed. The guy who showed as round only spoke to my partner - didn't even bother to say hello or make any eye contact with me. Also got lost on the way to the property which was £80/week more than our budget.
