Terrible service.
I tried calling five times over the past two days and not once has anyone picked up. I've left a message and emailed about two different properties.
How they can make money by not responding to potential tenants is beyond me.
I do not recommend, other agencies either pick up the phone first time or get back to you.

I can not believe how rude these people are!! They don't even turn up when a time has been given!! Rude over the phone...I am surprised they still have a business...and these are the managers I am talking about...shouting down the phone...
I think I will be looking at other estate agencies...I would be surprised if their poor customers are ever happy in their properties.
I would NEVER EVER recommend this company...not even to my worst enemy =[

I found this estate agent to deliver a very poor service - unprofessional and rude. There are tons of estate agents in Crystal Palace, so don't bother with this one!
