I went to this estate agent to use their surveyor service and was totally shocked by the service I got. He was rude, unreliable and unprofessional. The survey that I got seemed O.K, but I found a host of problems with the house that were not in the survey.
He wont give me my money back!
Dont use this guy. There are plenty more good surveyors down the road.
