Unprofessional and a lack of respect for tenants. So disrespectful and they only try to rip you off. Do NOT work with them. NEVER AGAIN.

I have used Dexters for a number of years to find tenants for a property I own. The only frustrating thing is that usually when it comes to finding a new tenant every 2 to 4 years, the personnel at the office have all changed. This year I have dealt with Tiana and Ruby who have both been extremely helpful especially in dealing with all the little problems that kept on arising this time with the new tenants. You know the type beds and furniture being delivered after the tenants moved in etc. I hope they are around next time!

I have to say I have not been impressed with the level of service here. I rented a flat with them and found them very unresponsive for any issues and they only seemed interested in trying to get as much cash from us as possible! From moving in and moving out... Probably the worst estate agents I've ever come across. Customer service could definitely be improved.
