I’ve been renting in London for 13 years and have dealt with all types of middlemen and estate agents. I just want to say that Big Move, in terms of their sheer incompetency, beats all of them. Save your agency fee money and go somewhere else, outfits such as these should not exist as a business. They are parasites.
