If I can gave no star, I will. They are lying about my daughter prom dress, when we ordered it, Tamana said the factory is in UK so the dress will arrived on time. The dress has never arrived, Tamana said now the dress stuck at the custom!! The factory is in India!! This has caused us the stress beyond believe. Now my daughter didn’t get her prom dress and had to buy whatever it available. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Upon purchasing a dress from Tamana Boitique, I have had so many issues. The dress sold to me was faulty with a hole beneath the zip and the buckle to secure the dress missing. I did not notice these two faults when purchasing the item as the workers insisted on doing it themselves. Later when I wore the dress, the hemming at the bottom began to unravel ruining my night along with the dress. When I went back to the shop in hopes of getting it fixed, or even better replaced, I was treated very poorly. The manager sent the dress off to be fixed only for it to return in worse condition. After a huge disagreement she finally decided to order me a replacement after having wasted my time. She insisted on me leaving the dress so that ‘it could be sent back to the factory’. After multiple journeys back and forth, the manager finally tried to return to me the faulty dress as the ‘newly ordered one’. I found this behaviour absolutely disgusting and I do not wish this to happen to anyone
