Hermes

If I could leave no hearts I would. I am a frequent customer of Hermes, however, the standard of service seen from staff at the Royal Exchange store is just horrendous. I have never been to another Hermes store with ruder staff - who would interrupt a customer when the customer hasn’t finished speaking, and ridicule the customer for imperfect French pronunciations. There is a reason why other stores globally are leading in sales volume. The Royal Exchange store needs to either retrain or replace its staff.

I agree! I frequent Hermes shop often and each time I am given below average customer service. The staff are not very helpful. I am there because I want to buy a scarf and I will browse online before going to buy due to lack of service in the shop. These days I take the tube to Selfridges to buy my scarves unless I really want to have as soon as possible. I wish the ladies in the shop are more helpful and approachable like thier counterparts in other Hermes shops in London

Very poor customer service.

We had to ask several times to look at ceratin scarves.

There appeared to be only 1 person able to use the till. She wandered off to serve other customers without letting us know or passing us across to another member of staff to assist us.

Even ordering a scarf from another store seemed to prove a bit of an ordeal for the lady. We gave up and left!
