I have been a Replay fan for many years and used the Long Acre branch often. However my first visit at the new Carnaby Street Replay store was not positive. The sales person was pushy in handing jeans to me and giving me little chance to casually browse and enjoy my shopping. I was persuaded by the salesman to take a pair which were too tight and upon trying again at home, found them too uncomfortable so I decided to take them back. I was advised about a "no refund policy" and I declined their credit note. The manager was unhelpful and would advise anyone to be careful buying from the store.
