Pizza Hut Delivery

If you want to wait 3 hours for a pizza that doesn't turn up even though it's "with the driver" then the local Pizza Hut in Valence Avenue have got you covered.

My only regret is that I can't give this branch 0 out of 10 stars.

Terrible service. Terrible attitude. Unprofessional manner, inexperienced staff. Poorly prepared food. Items always missing. Manager is rude. A woman taking orders is rude and laughs when you complain that items have not been sent.
I was placed on hold when I called to speak to the manager in respect of forgotten garlic bread and dips. I was placed on hold for more than ten minutes by the female staff member who was very rude.
My son called and asked to speak to the manager and was put through straight away whilst I was still holding on the other line.

after my order took one hr, I was told by a polite lady that we didn't answer the door! 10 mins later a second delivery man arrived with a cold pizza, he was extremely polite. I rang to speak with the manager, who was very rude and bad mannered & tried to blame me for their mistakes then hung up! I have never complained before about anything but on this occasion I have made an official complaint about the manager through pizza hut customer services. A simple apology would have been fine, instead he blamed me!
