I live abroad , I ordered some flowers to be delivered to an address very close to the shop.
The person received a totally different bunch of flowers to what I paid for. I received a photo from the person to thank me for the flowers. I was mortified of how old and withered the flowers looked.

I visited this shop today and the person working in there was the rudest I ever seen. I just asked for the price of a few flowers and he apparently didn't like that and decided to be rude. He asked me how much money I was looking into spending which I replied £10 and gave me a hideous bunch of flowers which clearly weren't worth £10. I was ready to pay for them anyway but when my partner came in and made a light joke he rolled his eyes at us and starting saying that we weren't spending enough money....unbelivable! I spend my money how I want to and certainly not in a bad bunch of flowers ..
