Excellent service - rescued me at very short notice when flowers were needed for a friend in London.
I will happily use them again.

Used Miss Penn for my brother's funeral, from the time we walked in the florist's were very pleasant and helpful the prices were very reasonable we ordered a lot of flowers when they arrived they were beautiful not one dead or damaged flower, best florist around...

Thankfully, Miss Pem are wonderful at what they do - beautiful flowers. It's just a shame the man that works in there can be abrupt and rude, although on occasion he has also been helpful and friendly - it seems to depend what mood you catch him in. However, this really isn't good enough when dealing with members of the public and when you want them to pay a lot of money for your flowers!
