This florist lacks in customer service, I'm really disappointed with the way they speak to customers and how they deal with issues. I would not recommend this florist as if anything goes wrong there is absolutely no room for compromise and infact you are likely to get insulted (as I was).
The staff are rude and abrupt and come across as money hungry people. A lot of emotions are linked to flowers and it is a crucial reason why we are willing to spend so much money on them but they clearly don't understand this and just want your money.

went to order, funeral flowers for my uncle's funeral, I delt with a person called Jay, he was very helpful, he gave us valuable information, helped us with the ordering and had the flowers delivered on time to the funeral directors.I would recomend this florist to all my friends & family. Great Job... Thank you Natalie

I went to this florist and the lady who served me was rude. I just went in there to buy a bunch of flowers for a 50th birthday and required some advice on what type of flowers they have avaialable and she just came across very abrupt and got very impatient. I almost walked straight out, there's plenty of other florists around and would be more than obliged to do business with!
