Flowers By Cymbidium

We always loved buying flowers from this shop.
However in the last ocassion they really let themselves down (june 2010). Initially it all went OK when they did not have the flowers I wanted (roses), they said that they will receive a delivery the day after and that they will put them aside for me and that they could be delivered locally FOC. "Sounds good, thank you!" I thought.
The following day the delivery did not arrive and around 2:30pm I called them and they said that they had a problem with the delivery guy but the flowers should be with us within an hour.
When the flowers were delivered we were not at home, which would have been fine if it wasn't because:
- One of the 12 roses was broken
- The bouquet consisted of two different types of roses

My wife called for clarification and/or understanding if we received the correct order. She (and I) expected some kind of apology, maybe a refund or a credir for future purchases. However we only got a list of excuses (re problems with the delivery of flowers to them, the delivery person, they didn't have the number to call me (which they must have), etc...) which really has left us pretty dissapointed and sadly reconsidering if we will go back again to this shop for flowers.
