Drake Algar

My colleague & I placed separate orders for next day delivery. 7 days later, no flowers!
We both called Drake Algar & were told that there was no-one in when they attempted delivery.
However neither of us received a single email, call or sms but they were more than happy to still take the payment!

I ordered a bouquet chosen off the internet. My friend took a photo of what was sent. The bouquet online had at least 3 varieties of flowers, and 3 varieties of greens. She was sent a bouquet with roses and one type of green. For the price I paid I was cheated, and the bouquet didn't look anything like what I had ordered.

The best quality flowers in London. They last for ages. Plus, the customer service is friendly and helpful. I've had bouquets and floral arrangements, and was extremely pleased each time, wouldn't go anywhere else now & would defiantly recommend them!

This is a really wonderful florist. The bouquets are really sophisticated and are of great quality and look stunning. I always use this florist via the phone or there website - and have never been disappointed. I couldn't recommend them any more highly. Try them!
