My friend ordered an over £30 bouquet of flowers to be delivered to the chapel on the day of my mothers funeral. The chapel confirmed that nothing arrived.
There was no way of getting through to this company.
I was deeply disgusted and disappointed

I have used Flower Crazy for a number of years and when my mother passed away they did an amazing job with arranging all the floral tributes for the funeral and for each memorial since.
They are a great team, very caring, friendly creative and professional.
