Black & Cook

Had to make a very quick order for flowers with less than 24 hours notice for a funeral, were very helpful and guaranteed they would arrive in time.

My friend who received the flowers sent for her 60th birthday said they were lovely. However, I would like to warn future customers that although payment was made over the phone by debit card. The number was written down incorrectly, payment was not attempted until later the following week. Contact was then made five weeks later and payment was then asked for over the phone from an unknown number. Having checked my bank statement (now 8 weeks after the flowers were sent) I have rectified their mistake and made payment. Presumably, procedures have been improved.

Our family have lived around the area for generations, we have always used Black and Cook for every event, and in all that time we have never been disappointed, they are very professional in dealing with every occasion, the floral displays are always amazing quality, beautiful to look at and well priced, have always recommended them to friends and next generation, well done its nice to know you can rely on delivery and a perfect product.
