On behalf of myself, my husband Rav and our close family, we would like to thank you so much for your professionalism and sensitivity in the run-up to and during the funeral of my mother-in-law, Vina Vadgama, last Friday. Through a sudden and traumatic loss, you were there at every stage of the process, handling the discovery of her body with the kind of care that will stay with us for life. A particular mention to Clare Warner, whose clear empathy will stay with us for life, and who is was wonderful reassuring to see again at the funeral itself.
