Harold Wood Funeral Services

We used the Collier Row branch for our Mother's funeral. Right at the beginning of the funeral the Pall Bearers nearly dropped the coffin. Unbelievably bad Customer Service from the Funeral Directors themselves and SAIF who agree that this can happen sometimes. No. If you employ staff that are not up to the job then no it isn't acceptable. The Pall Bearer in question audibly groaned and slipped. That is not professional, and it upset the family. There were only 4 Pall Bearers, 6 would have been much better. Please be aware that they use excuse after excuse blaming illness. Did they tell us in advance, no. We could never ever use this Company again or ever recommend them. Shoddy work practices, over charged for the service they provided. Shocking. This in our opinion, is a fair review. I have thought about it.

We used Harold Wood Funeral Services for our mother's funeral. It all went very well from our initial contact right through to the funeral. Very professional service.
