Total lack of professionalism and communication!
We were supposed to move house and ordered furniture for the new place and paid more than half the price as a deposit. Due to not begin able to move with the current social restrictions, we have requested a refund of the paid deposit. The owner initially advised he will refund our payment, then he disappeared and is not answering any of our requests of contact in order to mitigate this issue. We have not received any type of furniture, nor are we receiving any replies to our messages on phones or online.

Sorry for the inconvenience, this all happened just because of the pandemic situation I was suffering too at that time but tried my level best to sort it.
