I couldn't disagree more. I bought a beanbag there in February 2011 and fair enough a seam came loose recently (May 2011). However I rang the BeanBagShack and got a response immediately. They told me that if I brought my beanbag over they would look at it and then depending on its condition will either replace it or fix it. I went there the same day and got a new beanbag without even having to show a receipt. The owner of the shop is extremely friendly and I can only recommend the BeanBagShack.

We bought a beanbag 5 months ago and it started coming apart at the seams-in several places. We contacted bean bag shop but had to wait over 10 days for a response. They only offered a repair which is ridiculous as clearly it was a faulty product (it had hardly been used) and we would have to pay to send it to them-this would be very expensive. They would not change their minds and so now I am stuck with a unusable bean bag that is spilling beans everywhere. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.
