Rooms Of London

In April I bought an item in this shop. I have been waiting until today for the delivery of the item. However, it has never arrived, putting me in the situation of cancelling the purchase. At firts, Rooms of London looked, at least online, as a serious business but in reality is not. I have not received any phone call letting me know any delivery cancellation or any change. My overall experience with this shop has been frustated. I have lost two months waiting for an item. There is not recommendation to buy at this shop.
