Benjamin at Grosvenor Garage

Been taking my car for service for the last 3 years for service to Benjamin garage, 3 months ago, they did my service. My car nearly stooped on the road called RAC. Benjamin garage said my services has not been done for a while. Which is why it is in a poor state. Spark plugs oils air filter caused issues with oil and belts... not taking my car to them ever again

Took my classic MG in for an MOT and also to fix a leaking radiator and engine oil leaks.

It took Benjamin 11 months to get the car fixed to get it through an MOT, as he had to fix a faulty brake light, head lights were not aligned, a couple of covers on the steering and adjust the hand brake all for the sum of £430… When I went to pick the car up it wouldn’t start - took them half an hour to figure out it had run out of petrol, so came back a week later when they had apparently put petrol in…. I drove the car out and it ran out of petrol on the way home which is 500 yds away.

My advice, if you want an MOT certificate I’m sure Benjamin can give you one, but don’t trust them to do any work….. completely useless and will rip you off
