Booked my BMW 1 series in with plenty of notice and briefed the mechanic that it would be going on a long journey so to do a standard service and to check the engine cylinders.
Once I came to collect my car I was met with a very expensive bill of almost £500 and a rude employee who when asked what work they had done, would only give me one word answers and refused to explain what they had done. Within an hour of driving it away I had an error message pop up on my dash that said have the problem checked by a service... Not what I expected to see.
After taking the car to another mechanic we found out these guys had not bothered to plug in the car to see what warning messages would come up nor do anything above checking filters, spark plugs and oil levels. Another £300 later sorting a bad misfire, resulted in replacing full set of coils and having more work done at a different garage... I am disgusted at the shoddy service these guys said they were proud of after talking on the phone.
Avoid at all costs unless you want to be ripped off.

These guys are awful and horrible people and should NOT BE ALLOWED to be running a business with that attitude.
