I have used the guys at Mansell Street for many years and they are my garage of choice for all my cars and vans. They are honest and up front and excellent value for money. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for excellent workmanship and customer service.

A while back I went to the garage to get my car serviced, I went in for a full service but didn't expect to get charged more than £300 for a service, I also got my battery changed, totally over £450. Which is ridiculous!!! after a couple of months the battery they put in started to go flat. Credit to the garage as they did replace the battery for me but I find everything to be over charged in this garage. Customer service can also be much better!

Having used this garage and found them to be honest, open and friendly, I didn't hesitate to recommend them when a friend found herself in trouble. They performed an MOT and carried out required work at literally at moments notice so that she could resolve a police issue and return home to Wales. They were sympathetic, non-judgmental and efficient. I will always use this garage whilst I live within 50 miles of them.

Everybody laughs at a Fiat Multipla. Everybody that is except the Mansell Street Garage. When my daughter took hers in recently, not only did they repair it quickly and reasonably, but they treated my daughter, in person, and myself, on the phone, like old friends.

May I recommend them in 2 ways. Obviously for their sterling work and cheerful good service, but also for a taste of the London of my childhood.

I would have scored them 10/10, but nothing's perfect.

If your looking for a good honest garage then this is it.
I have been using this garage for the last 19 years and every time I go the standard of service is excellent.
I would recommend this garage to anyone who cares for their care or is looking for competitive prices and outstanding service. The mechanics are very friendly and fully qualified.
This is a proper garge and is a member of the good garage scheme. All work carried out is under warranty. At present I live 85 miles from this garage but when ever I have a problem with my car I now exactly where to take my car.
