KwikFit West Norwood should be 0 stars for an awful garage with awful staff.
Booked and paid for an MOT a month in advance for 8.30am and they cancelled on the day because there had been an accident and the garage was apparently closed. Drove past at 12.00pm and they were open. Dropped the car off and they said you've missed the appointment. Err no, you cancelled the appointment and was too empty-headed to call me back and tell me the garage had reopened.
They made no attempt to remedy the problem, just behaved like Neanderthals with zero customer service. I immediately called customer complaints and their attitude was, there is nothing we can do. They then lied and said the Operations Manager will call you back, didn't happen. This kind of service means I will NEVER use Kwik Fit again or recommend them as I have previously done.
Kwik Fit West Norwood, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I have recently visited Kwik Fit West Norwood and I paid over £200 for new tyres when I left the centre and got home I realised the tyre is damaged. A mechanic has told me the tyre was most definitely damaged whilst putting it on the rim or was damaged before it was put on my vehicle. So naturally I returned back to Kwik Fit in West Norwood to resolve the issue as I was told I have a warranty for these tyres. However, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive and straight away told me I am not elegible for the warranty as I hit a curb ? I am confused how the staff in West Norwood immediately came to this conclusion and offered no help what so ever. I have photos of the tyre which clearly show there is no way the tyre was damaged by hitting a pot hole or curb.

Questionable MOT practices. My vehicle was failed with a list of faults. The vehicle has since been re-tested elsewhere with NO additional works being done and has passed without incident or advisories. Make of that what you will. I will certainly not be using them again.
