I brought in my Honda which had a problem. I'll not go into detail but the Manager was the most awful person I have every come across. He was rude, arrogant and sexist. Horrible man. Needless to say I will never go back there.

I have always used this branch of Kwik Fit, but would avoid it in future. Last time I had a slow puncture they told me the car tyre monitor was reading wrongly - not true. I had to return to get the puncture repaired. I suspect it was Sunday and they wanted to finish early.
Yesterday I had a slow puncture. I left the car there and then had a phone call saying the wheel nuts were too tight and I would have to go to a garage and get the tyre removed. Since I have only been to that branch for tyre work I told them it was their responsibility. They then managed to fix it. But the tyre is underinflated (35 instead of 38) and I wonder if they fixed it properly. Time will tell, but I will use another branch next time!

I visited this garage a few days ago because my car sadly failed its MOT test, so obviously I was quite distressed about this. I ended up spending a total of a couple of hours there because there were extensive works needed, but it did not feel like it, because Jason the manager made me feel so at ease with his ever flowing pleasant attitude and reassurances. He greeted, dealt with and sent us on our way feeling very relieved, happy and content. From what I could see Jason treated all the customers like this and not just myself. Excellent customer service!!!
