The Jag Workshop

I used them for a Service & MOT in Jan 14 for my 04 2.5S S type and I'm phoning them again in Feb 15 for similar.

Service was efficient, they phoned & texted to say it was ready. I picked it up at my convenience. Service Cost was "normal" for a 10 yo Jag ie "Huge!", but "Hey!" I was the one who wanted a big luxury motor and it wasn't as bad a main Jag dealership.

They texted a Happy New Year and a MOT reminder which I thought was good Customer Service/PR.

Sourced me some very durable and reasonably priced Chinese tyres as well.

I have used this company for many years with various cars including my daughters cars and never once had a problem.
Since their move to Ealing I have had 2 services and found them on top of everything. from checking in to phoning to give updates and right though to meeting Lottie who took my payments with a big smile! great job Chris & I wish you & Mike well with your project..

This is my second time using this workshop but so disappointed in the standard of service & level of customer care this time round. On arrival I spoke to some guy who not very helpful on diagnosing a problem I had with lack of power. When I picked the car up all dirty marks on floor mats & still had the lack of power problem, So have taken it to a garage in Chiswick & they replaced a pipe for the turbo & yes I have all my power.
