Excellent service provided by Master Windows - products (one door and one window) arrived on time and with no fuss. The products are of a very high standard, and were 240GBP cheaper than nearest quotation from a major online supplier. No hesitation in recommending these guys (and I now see why there's a constant stream of builders in and out of the shop!)

Similar to a previous complaint, I had door and windows fitted by these guys, some were ok, but unfortunately the low mark I have given is due the absolute nightmare I have had in getting them to address some very poor fittings of the doors. I can see day light through some. My issues have gone on for years. They have been rude and offensive. They even told me they wouldn't come out to my house to review the issues because I am too far away. . . funny they didn't have an issue in coming to fit them. . . AVOID AT ALL COST

Master Windows in Brockley done me proud with the work they delivered and a great affordable price. My neigbours were rather impressed with how quickly the job was completed and the finish product GREAT!!!!

Initially, we had our concerns as we were let down as the fitter hadn't arrived.

However, having had our French doors fitted I am extremely pleased with the end results (as is my wife, and that's saying something). Communication can be difficult, but I'd say persevere with them as they just seem to take on more work than they can manage at times. You can see why as their quote for us was less than half price compared to the next cheapest competitor, and the quality of the doors is just as good.

They really need to improve their customer care. My experience was that they really do not care at all about the quality of the work they do. Some of it was ok, the rest was incomplete. Arranging a repair appointment was a nightmare. They mess you around a lot, deny responsibility and fail to call back when they say they will. In short there is a lot of wasted time and aggravation involved in getting them to attend and perform a repair. I would avoid using Master Windows.

To improve you will need to - ensure your product works before leaving site. When agreeing a date and time to fix the problem stick to it, 15 missed appointments and 3 never returned phonecalls is just bad practice. Don't destroy your customers floor by dribbling glue on it, use a dust sheet. Learn the word sorry and use it when you have mucked up, or don't make promises you can't keep. Don't skulk out of the house to avoid another confrontation, you are not teenagers! After waiting 7 months we can now use the window, lets hope it doesn't need replacing for the foreseeable future.
