The gentleman was very rude, unapproachable, unhelpful and dismissive.
I called twice and asked if they could cut 5mil of my splashback toughened glass and he told me to bring it, "no problem". I've made my way there from Northwest london, some 35 miles and when I showed him the glass he said it's not doable and if he'll try and the glass shatters then i've to pay £400 for his machine. And when i mentioned that he told me to come "no problem" he replied "i'll charge you if it shatters". STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED
