A very professional and friendly service, 4 years ago they replaced my ground floor living room single glazing with a double glazed unit: the new windows were of a high quality and were fitted efficiently and well with no fuss & no mess: they were very reasonably priced and provided high quality workmanship. I cannot fault South Norwood Glazing's service! Earlier this year I had my whole house fitted with new windows. I was so pleased with the way this job was handled. I didnt experience any delays and the windows were fitted very well. I was very pleased with the job. Unfortunatly last week one of my windows got smashed. I phoned South Norwood Glazing, and they were brilliant. I have young children and was worried for their safety, however the glass was replaced in no time!

For me South Norwood Glazing were brilliant on both the big job and small job :-)

South Norwood Glazing completed a small job for me some time ago.. no problem!

6 months later I asked them to quote to replace some windows, and ended up chasing them a fortnight later for what should have been a simple quote. I later went in to their office to see whether they could turn the quote around by the following day as we wanted to make a start on the job and needed to order the windows; they said yes they could but never did get back to us. Clearly they should have just been honest with us and said if they didn't want to take the work on.

South Norwood Glazing might be good for odd jobs but don't expect them to follow through on any larger exercise.
