The Glass Shop

Had a very negative experience with this company, even though I've had no direct business with them.

Parking where they want to park, while on private property, with no regards for the neighbouring residents.

They parked in an allocated parking bay of which is paid for, and when I approached them to advise them that the parking bay was allocated and that they would need to re-locate the Van, I was met with sheer arrogance.

Firstly, being challenged as to whether or not the bay had a number, which it does, but was rudely argued with and was repeatedly told it didn't, by one of them. Then to be told to "go on, run along now" , by some young chap, who looked half my age, I found extremely insulting and disrespectful, not to mention, totally uncalled for.

Poor Customer Service

I'm not satisfied with the glass shop. They promise to phone back and never do.
Their work is not completed correctly and takes ages for them to rectify.

I'm still waiting.

My housing association uses them, but I certainly would not from my experience with this company.

I have just have had fitted a double glassed door and windows fitte to my front porch from the measuring up to the installing was perfect could not have gone better very professional clean and tidy it looks a treat thank you

I have the utmost praise for the staff at "The Glass Shop" 429 Becontree Avenue Dagenham. Working through COVID19 and maintaining stock must be very difficult.

I arranged for them to replace my lounge window, which was done in a timely manner at a good price.

Robin and Paul arrived on time and worked within the Government guidelines as I am on Shielding. They are very friendly and assured me that the replacement glass is laminated.
