Totally disagree with previous review. Absolutely fantastic service - done while waited with a wonderful smile. We now have a beautiful work of art- mirror back to its original look. Thank you

I was naive and thought the previous review was perhaps dated or a one-off incident. However I cannot recall a time when I have received such disappointing service as that from Surbiton Glass. Terrible communication, leaving me waiting to hear back from them, leaving me waiting more than 2.5 hours for a glazer to arrive, no apologies. As customers it really shouldn't be our job to chase for service - at no point did it seem like I was at all valued. Not really sure how they can survive with such appalling service. I would definitely recommend finding an alternative.

A truly awful service. They can't seem to cut glass to the right size, and tell you they will be open when they shut. Avoid like the plague and use alternative shops.
