I understand tropical has been under new management since june last year because there has been a considerable improvement on services offered. I found the staffs to be very polite and there are more variety of products at competitive prices.

Awful, staff were not present at all and I wouldn't be suprised with the number of times people had stolen from, and let me just say it is a big number! Despite this the prices were very inviting and affordable. I wouln't recoomend this to a friend because it is a very small shop so a few customers made it look so crowded and uncomfortable
