I would give 0 stars if possible!! I have continuously ignored A LOT with this shop, but enough is enough. I will never go into this shop again…

Faulty goods: If you want to save your money don’t ever buy anything from the freezer section especially, as everything in there tastes like cardboard, especially the waffles which taste like they have been defrosted and frozen again many times as well as the ice cream. When I went back to complain, they did not give me a refund, so never bought anything from the freezer section again.

Overcharging: Many times they have overcharged or forget to give change unless you remind them.

Customer service: Both the man and woman who usually serve there are ALWAYS in a bad mood and ALWAYS miserable. They never say “please” or “thank you”, even when the customer is saying it. They need to be taught some manners and customer service, as clearly, they have none. They treat you like you’re annoying them by coming into the shop.

I’m not sure if I can take further action but I’m really looking into it.
