A very busy post office but seemingly well organised.
Counter staff not overly friendly - didn’t need to be- but explained clearly and patiently my query on a DPD pickup.

I have used the post office and shop for many years and I have never had any problems. The staff have always been polite, courteous and helpful.

Unprofessional service, very rude post office worker. I do not recommend this place.

A word of warning if you are thinking of posting anything from this shop. My wife posted her parents a couple of school photos of our children and a letter yesterday. They were sent recorded delivery in a sealed envelope and she watched the (younger) man place them in the post bag. Apparently only staff (him and his dad) and the postman have access to these bags. We were called this morning by a school friend to say she had spotted our children's photos behind the counter. My wife went in an hour ago to find out what had happened. Very quickly the young man became abusive, his father joined in this tirade telling my wife to 'f**k off' (on more than one occasion) and that they didn't care. She questioned their ability to keep post safe and secure. She received more abuse. This was in front of other customers. Looking online this is not the only similar review. We are going to make a complain to the post office. I urge you to shop and post elsewhere.

Rude, abusive and very unprofessional. Shouted at my wife across the store until she was on point of tears. An absolute disgrace. Clearly not a lot in the way of any concept of customer service, get shot of the young man who has obvious anger management issues--that would be a start.

Please be aware that if you go into Brandon's you may well end up being verbally abused, the people who work there are utterly unprofessional, rude and intimidating.

flip out, get rude and ask you to leave. I have never come across a corner shop/post office person who is this badly behaved. The person I spoke to was a middle aged man and had family members around him encouraging the toxic behaviour. Shameful. I would give it no stars if that was possible. Would much rather go to the post office on the high street or Elmer's end.

They are selling hand gel at extortionate prices £19.99 for 500ml and wen I queried it, the man (I presume owner) over profiteering in a crisis situation he laid into me in front of my children it was horrible and really scared me- I came out shaking horrible little man I will avoid this shop in the future and recommend that you do too
