I visited the shop for the first time last week and found they are very helpful and if you couldn't find what you wanted amongst the vast array of different things they have in the shop then i think you would have a job to find it anywhere else. I was shown how to cast on thumb wise and i had to do it until i got it right so 10/10 for this lovely Aladdins cave and i will certainly be going back

Actually speak to customers, stop being rude & abnoxious. Unhelpfulness is their strong point & prices are sky high too!!
