I don’t know about their other services but I asked for a half head highlight, showed a photo. Said I don’t want it too light and I want it blended. I now have white/greyish looking highlights that I need to pay someone else another £100 to change. She had absolutely no idea what she was doing and everyone that has seen me since has asked me if I messed up doing them myself. Embarrassing and never ever again. I’m so angry I told her it was too light and she said oh you look gorgeous snd was too uncomfortable to state the obvious.

Customer service is definitely needed, to be honest some ladies don't even know what they are doing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I just had my highlights today at samira, she is the most loveliest person i've ever met so far, her work is excellent i've never been so happy with my hair before i have found my hair dresser after years of trying to meet the right one and i would recommend this salon to every one.

A few weeks ago I made an appointment to have my eyebrows done and I travelled from Reading to come here. As I am actually a regular customer unfortunately due to traffic and unpredictable situations I was running 10 minutes late I was very offended as I was treated very badly and disrespectfully by the manageress. Although I tried to apologise and explain the reason for my late arrival instead she was only rude and abrupt with me. Now I will not be returning to Samira's anymore I feel they should know before about their customer service or they will be loosing more clients.

It is true that a couple of ladies need some customer service training and maybe even some retraining in their field but Samira is a great hairdresser and Vida does the best eyebrows, in almost 3 years I haven't found anyone to shape such brilliant eyebrows and I have looked! Recommend them 2!

This place is overpriced (charges are near that of Toni and Guy.) When you go they will make you wait 30-40minutes even for just eyebrows. They are rude and when you are bring seen they will constantly chat and greet people in between, and they will look at you twice: when they tell you where to sit and when they charge you. BEWARE
