This salon was awful. The woman at the desk was rude did not take my coat or offer me a drink. When I said to take a little off the ends of my hair she took 3 inches off it!! When I refused to pay for the haircut I did not ask for she threatened to call the police on me! When I asked to speak with the manager he was unavailable.... and I was told to pay. This shop has rude and poorly trained staff who obviously do not listen to what the customer wants. Do not go here!!!

i live local to charlton and in my opinion it is just what the area needs. I've visited the salon for hair and beauty treatments and found the price to be of value, the service to be of high standard and all staff are polite and welcoming. a lovely environment and enjoyable time. would deffinately reccommend.
