Used a groupon voucher.
Totally unfriendly.
wash ,cut and blowdry with treatment all under an hour!!!REALLY!!
Very rushed.
Crap cut

I have always being a client here the last 10 years and my family and friends come always get all my beauty treatment done and my hair coloured and cut the eservuce is exemptions
And always happy staff polite and courteous would recommend it highly

Went to Beaute Parfaite for a cut and blow dry earlier this week and definitely won’t be returning. Was made to feel like an unwelcome inconvenience. Staff were miserable and kept having really loud conversations with each other in various foreign languages right across me. No drinks offered. The haircut was very quick, basic and not what I asked for, but by that time I just wanted it over so I could leave. Came out feeling miserable and demoralised.

1. I bought a Groupon voucher for a massage & facial
2. I called within 2 weeks of the Groupon expiring & was advised they were fully booked & that I should request a refund from Groupon.
3. I contacted Groupon & advised them of the situation above
4. They instructed me to get written confirmation from the salon that they were fully booked, therefore unable to accept the Groupon. They would then be able to issue me a refund.
5. I relayed this information back to Beauty Parfaite.
6. They inexplicably said this was not possible.
7. As a result, Groupon cannot issue the refund & the voucher has now expired.

Extremely unhelpful from start to finish - made more frustrating by no functioning website or e-mail.

I decided to book half head highlights, hair cut and blow dry. Had a very confusing experience, first when I booked the women said £35 and did not offer me the package so I had to ask her for it. I asked her to do 2 colours but she said no. Gosh from start to finish it was bad; the women that does the hair she looked very miserable. She did not talk to me at all. She only put 3 foils in each part of the hair, kept me waiting for 50 mins, she didn't offer me coffee. Then she pulled my hair really hard as she was taking off the foils and then left the toner on my hair for only 10 mins which was not long enough the colour was awful and was too light. she then cut my hair but too short and she cut the fringe too short. The blow-dry was OK. She then told me to pay to the women in the counter, she did not even say goodbye. The highlight was very streaky and she did not even touch the bottom part of the hair. I was so upset in the end and drained I could not speak.

Ok experience but definately over priced for what it was. Got it through groupon voucher only to find that they are cheaper on site and we're offering much cheaper deals through groupon post xmas. All very confusing.

I thought I ought to write a review as I'd heard good things about this salon's facials through word of mouth but the online reviews seemed quite contradictory! So I took a gamble and booked in but incase you are worried, I thought it might be helpful to hear my experience:

I went for a facial and back massage and returned the second time for the same. It was just brilliant...complete relaxation. The only thing that I can complain about is that other staff were getting into the room asking how long is she going to be...so diary management would definitely eliminate this issue...otherwise the facial and massage itself was faultless. I visited Beaute Parfaite yesterday for a Pedicure and Indian Head Massage. Both treatments were excellent. I liked the fact that the pedicure was done in one room and the massage in another. The massage room had a relaxing ambience with soothing music. The massage itself was professional, fantastic and totally relaxing. I had a full nights sleep last night the first for 5 years. Would definitely recommend this salon.

I visited Beauty Perfaite today, and was very satisfied with the results!
From a wide variety of offers on a groupon I decided to go for Beauty Perfaite majorly due to the shortest distance from my area. The deal I bought included half head highlights and a cut.
The atmosphere itself needs a lot of refurbishment, a small room with old furniture, but let's not judge a book by its cover. The stylist was very friendly, managed to find the color I was looking for for the highlights, gave me a refreshing cut and treated to some magazines and a cup of hot tea. Very glad with my new look!

I was very disappointed with the facial i received here. I had a Groupon voucher which stated it would last an hour. However it was only half an hour.

The beautician (a 60 year old woman, with no uniform) was ok, but she forgot to put the relaxing music on and the noise from the street was awful, as well as the room itself. When confronted she gave me some rubbish about how she combined the head and neck massage while she left the hot cloths on. It was obvious she just wanted to leave and go home.
