The staff should be more professional and don't argue with customers. The manager should offer refund if service is wholly inadequate. Eg. Customer is dissatisfied after receiving cut to hand and staff lying blaming incidents on customer.
Staff not telling customer they do not do gel nails.This only disclosed after staff struggled to remove gel nails use acrylic nail procedure.
