This is a small but welcoming salon. I had some hair issues caused by me relaxing my hair at home. Benieve assessed my hair and instantly knew what to do to make things better. Im so glad l went there and will definately be a regular customer as long as Benieve is there.

I went there and Ebony was soo lovely, really friendly and even gave me lots of free samples to take with me,she was with a client so her colleague had to do my hair and she really did it nice-but I wanted the 'ebony' touch ..thats why I went through recommendation.
Ebony is extremely talented in hair styles, really impressed-yes its expensive but you come out looking great with the best hair style and so its worth the cost.
Its a nice, small salon too and in a good location,

They can only be improved by them attending a course in hospitality and hairdressing.
I entered the shop, immediately there was no hospitality (none of the hairdresser smiled/laughed the whole time I was in the shop) but at the time I just assumed it was because they were focusing on another women hair. There was no beverage offered the whole time I was there.
As it was a small shop and there is only two hairdressers, I thought it would be a fast paced process as the hairdresser would only be focusing on my hair at the time. I was wrong. At my usual salon, a treatment and a trim would take an hour if not slightly longer, this hairdresser took FIVE HOURS! She wasted my time by juggling too many clients at one time. Plus instead of a trim she decided to cut off half my hair. I reckon these hairdressers are used to doing braids and do not understand "shrinkage" with natural hair.
