Expect to be made to wait despite making and confirming your appointment day and time with the "stylist". Expect the "stylist" to do someone else's hair during your appointment time. Expect your hair to be left incomplete and the "stylist" to supply tools to you, to finish your hair off at home yourself. Expect an awful, mess to be made of your hair and the "stylist" responsible to loudly and nonchalantly tell you that "your hair is a mess".Expect to witness the open hostility and tension between the "stylists" creating a negative, posionous atmosphere that you will be expected to sit in. Expect to witness the "stylists" bickering over the allocation of clients . Expect an absence of a public liability policy, a price list or any evidence of the "stylist" being insured or being a member of any professional hairdressing authority body. Expect to be overcharged and insulted. Sadly, unable to award zero stars.
