I called and booked for a Brazilian Blowdry, took a day off work and was really looking forward to it as I've been coming for many years.

Upon travelling and arriving the woman shrugs and tells me she doesn't have any Keratin shampoo. When I asked what this means she says well I can't do your hair.

So i said 1. Why didn't you call and let me know? 2. Why would you take a Keratin booking knowing you don't have the right products?

She said well i cant find your number it isn't here - granted I GAVE IT TO THEM to book and as i said have been going for years.

She proceeds to tell me its not her problem and i should blame the Manager and it's the Manager's fault because she went asway on holiday and didn't order the products.

Even if this is the case - why would you take the booking? Why wouldnt you let me know?

Instead she got angry. No sorry. No nothing. She truly did not care and for such an expensive treatment and years of coming I was horrifed.

I have heard always that they only treat Turkish people well and im starting to think it true. They couldn't give a shit.

Don't bother.

Very bad customer service, not concentrating on clients, everytime talking to somebody or on
the phone while doing the job and dont show respect, as the result you will get not what you expected!!!very dissapointed, dont recommend
