i attended it was for a wash cut n blow dry, soap got in my eye and water was splashed all over me twice she dropped the shampoo and conditioner bottles on my head n laughed about it after with a jokey sorry. i asked for a tiny trim n a few layers on the front, instead she cut majority of my hair off and a fringe. my hair doesn’t touch my shoulders anymore but before my hair touched my breast area. one of the hair dressers kept touching my face to explain she does botox which is was so unprofessional as i didn’t give her any permission touch my face, this same woman began to tell me “the service is cheap your acting like it’s £2000” she then told me to shut up and said your not paying anyways why are still complaining as my hair was cut into a 80s bob. i was in complete shock and tears n i was constantly being told it will grow back in a sarcastic tone. this review is a 100% honest and i would NOT recommend such a place to anyone.
The eyebrows in this place are so amazing it’s a big shame the hairdressers have no professionalism.
