Awful - I went to The Hair & Beauty Lounge a few weeks ago to have the gel removed from my nails. The guy who did it just used an electric buffer, no acetone, so really damaged my nails. I thought at the time that wasn't the right way to do it but since found out that any nail technician should know not to do that. My nails continued to badly crack after the appointment and some are now peeling away quite painfully. Not just bad service but badly damaged my nails during what should have been a very simple polish removal.
